The innovative methods introduced in my practice especially the use of flipped classrooms and blended learning allowed me to be more focused and efficient during classroom time spent with students. This transition also gave me opportunity to develop interdisciplinary research skills, organizational skills and project-based learning techniques. Overall, it also allowed me to become a reflective practitioner and to better understand how my teaching could be improved based on personal assessment and collaboration with colleagues. I also reflected upon how I can help to ensure students achieve their intended learning outcomes.
