Teachers with a 20th century mindset cannot teach 21st
century students. It is then critical for teachers to upskill themselves first
to build 21st century skills in the students. Continuous professional
development is key to support innovation in education. This math teacher used
computer science to teach geometry to his middle school students incorporating
coding in mathematics. With this method, students were able to visualize geometry
with help of coding.
