I believe that sustainable living offers a good opportunity for our children to learn about environmentalism and walk the walk of their knowledge. Giving children hands-on experience in farming is what I've been doing over the past year.  I worked with local NGOs in Hong Kong by identifying local farmlands in remote areas, and then bringing children to learn about from organic farming, life cycles, crop scheduling and food safety.
