I am James Leung, a teacher from Si Yuan School of The Precious Blood, Hong Kong.

I received the 'Innovative Teacher Award' 2020 organised by Hong Kong Education City which recognises teachers who effectively adopt different educational technologies, and who use education theories and innovative pedagogies to successfully actualise innovative education. During the pandemic students' lack of motivation has been a main concern. Teachers should support students to develop self-learning abilities and motivation.
