My Insight is about digital materials that can help students label and normalize their emotions and learn coping skills to address them.  Ultimate goal is to create SEed, an online learning platform for social and emotional skills development where these materials can be available to teachers and families, but also where live workshops can be facilitated. In addition to learning, I would like SEed to become a collaborative platform – where youth can develop and share content that is relevant to them and where they can exercise their own agency in addressing youth social and emotional needs.
